Tomorrow's Saturday, so I'm aiming to write an update sometime in the afternoon/evening!

Liz’ section really gave me trouble. I had so many different ideas for how it could go, and didn’t really like any of them. The one I went with is just the one I disliked the least.

I'm sorry that I haven't posted, I procrastinate too much, and I just came back and I can't go to the next page or look at my previous posts. I'll try to make a post soon.

Yeah, according to Diss, something’s going on in the back end. Until this is fixed, I don’t think ANYONE is going to be posting in ANY of the Roleplays.

Things are, indeed, going on. The little circular icon next to the name in the 'last post' section is currently the only way to the last page.

I’m probably not going to have a post up today. Spend most of my afternoon trying to deal with the unemployment systems, so I’m super stressed out and drained.

Given how wonky the site is behaving, I likely won't have an update tomorrow anyway.

Sorry about keeping you guys waiting. Between the pandemic and the forum issues, I haven’t had a lot of energy to write. I should have a post up some time tonight.

Going to be writing tomorrow after I get back from shopping. I think there's only one person who hasn't posted yet.

Sorry, but there’s going to be a bit of a delay in my next post guys. I had a decent chunk written earlier today, but apparently the draft didn’t save properly, because now it’s gone. There’s nothing that ruins my writing mood quite like having to redo lost work, but I’ll try to have it up sometime on Sunday.

Well, there's a couple headed for the wildlife park, some in a cafe, one in a Leisure centre... (And that's just my guys) People are around.

I will be posting the next update on Wednesday. Hopefully I'll have the time and energy for it then.

Next update will be tomorrow, hopefully. My sister came to town today, and a lot of the day was spent cleaning up.

EDIT: Well, I I am an idiot. I spent around 2 hours writing for BoH. Then I left the tab and when I went back to it, I out of habit refreshed the tab.

I lost everything. I have to rewrite the whole post from the start.

The post won't be up today. Not likely, anyway. I will try to have it up tomorrow. Maybe late tonight.

While we wait for the next post, I’d like to ask y’all another question, this time about your lives. What’s something you’ve encountered IRL that reminds you of BOH? The most recent one that comes to mind for me is this Star Wars music video KaiserNeko of Team Four Star made using an English cover of one of the MHA openings. No idea why it does though.

Hey guys. I've got some bad news.

My computer is dead, with little hope of repair. Its motherboard is fried, it's GPU is fried, it's battery is broken, and it's well past it's warranty.

I need to check with ASUS to see if they can do out-of-warranty repairs, then wait for KT Electronics to ship it to them. Then wait for repairs and return.

In other words, it's going to be quite a long time before I get my computer back. I can RP on my phone, but it is much harder and takes much longer to type. BoH in particular already tended to take several hours to write. As such, I am considering putting Beacon of Hope on hiatus until I can get my computer back, or get a new computer to replace it.

Beacon of Hope will return. I promise you that.

In the meantime I should be able to continue on with Crater City for the time being. It's not nearly as difficult to write for, and I should be able to do it on my phone with relative ease. Same with Pokemon, JSA, and any games I am participating in, though my replies will be a bit slow.

Beacon of Hope might return sooner if I can figure out a more efficient method of writing it.

Do you have any of those 'reclamation' charities nearby? They may be able to sort you out with a cheap, temporary, replacement.

I could always send you my old laptop. It’s ancient, and honestly doesn’t seem that far away from breaking itself, but it should work to let you post while you wait for yours to get fixed.

The good news is my Mom is going to let me use her computer for now. It's not a good computer, but it will do for writing and job searching.

Beacon of Hope has gone long enough without an update. I will try to use my Mom's computer to post tomorrow.

Working on a new post right now, and I just realized that Kolt still doesn't know that they managed to take Koh Sah's portal generator intact. It's going to be fun to write the moment when he realizes they finally have a way to take back everyone the Yah Rin took.

My brother in law let me have his old computer. It's slow, and it's 'B' key is falling off, but it's functional. I am in the process of writing the next update for all of my games.

I had finished my post and hit send when the computer I got suddenly BSODed.

You sure you don’t want my old laptop? I’m in Michigan now, so I won’t be able to send it until the 25th, but it’s never bluescreened on me.

I got lucky in that Chrome autosaved what I had and I was able to get it posted.

Maybe. I haven't really decided on what that costume is going to represent yet.
Also, just noticed Keeva and Predator are in a battle with some bug monsters. Have some fight music.

Sorry for the delay guys, I’ve been struggling with how to word Liz’ portion of this post, and with how hot it’s been at my mom’s place, I haven’t been in the mood to write. I’ll try to have the post up tonight or tomorrow, but if I don’t, it probably won’t be till Monday, since I’m flying back to Colorado Sunday.

I got a new computer yesterday. I would like to use it to write for BoH tomorrow.

Anyone who hasn't posted, I recommend doing so tonight or early tomorrow.

By the way, as is hugely obvious, the boys do have thick Scottish accents. So if anyone wants to have their characters just not be able to understand something (or anything!) they say then please feel free! They won't be offended at all.

I know I said I'd write today, but something came up. I was on my way to my Grandparents' house when our car broke down. It was past 6 pm by the time my grandparents showed up and took us the rest of the way. It was really late by the time we got back.

Writing for BoH takes quite a bit of time. As such, I don't think I'll be able to finish today.

I have tomorrow off and I would like to write for BoH. If you can get a post in by then, that would be great!

I kinda ran into a bit of a block while writing my next post, so to try and amuse myself, I used Heroforge to try and recreate some of Kolt's old teammates. Obviously, due to the restrictions of the website, these aren't exact, but they help with visualizing the characters, so they do their job.
