I am sorry civ. I had thought my comment came off as teasing. I was mostly trying to be silly based of the comment I quoted. I don't have any intent to fight anyone and don't think I ever will as I don't want to. Again I do apologize for the confusion. (If the mods want I can edit away my comment).

Jokes aside, this here community is really friendly and will always welcome you with open arms (or paws). Don't take the OOC Rping (best term I could think of) too seriously. No one is going to fight another, nor he/she should be allowed.

Yeah, they're just joking around. No true aggression would be allowed. New mods wouldn't be selected by a fight anyway. They'd be selected by an intense game of Jenga.

So, on the 19th through probably the 21st, I am going to go visit a dormant volcanic hotspot and then a canyon that is used as a nesting ground for birds of prey. Since I have a three day weekend that week.
This means I mostly wont be on steelhaven posting

Good to know people will join, however i only have part of it done. Working as a lifeguard for a water park takes much of my time away. So plz be patient for me to work up the town. Setting wise is outside of a medium sized town. So characters have a choice of a country ranch home with a few acres or a neighborhood suburb house. This will allow for exotic and regular pets to participate, including farm and zoo animals.

Yeah, what Serence said! Never fell like you don't have enough time when it comes to something for the forums. You've been here long enough to know that! Plus, that just give us more time to create wonderfully detailed OCs.

I mean right now, Yensid is just an Irish meerkat (stoats are Irish in my book) with Disney spelled backwards as his name. I might even change his species to a rabbit. And his robots are just the Satazeo robots I created a long ago for an RP I created.

Well, there is no rushing from me, just wanted to know if it was coming along, and as long as it is I don't care how long it takes. Plus this gives me a good time to ask since I've never been around for the creation of an RP (Okay, reboot, but hopefully the same logic applies.), when the OOC thread for the RP is made, do you wait until six people say they are interested there and then post character sheets, or can you post it before that and wait for the others to come in. Just asking because I've seen it both ways, I think, let me go double check... Or, know what, don't hold me to that.

As is said in the third post in this thread, the proper process for creating a RP is as follows:

1.) Create a proposal, be it for a reboot or a new RP and send it to the mods. This should contain the following information:

Name and type of the roleplay
Number of players you expect
Overview of the setting of the roleplay
Overview of any additional rules or changes to the standard rule set you intend to implement

2.) If the mods approve the RP you can advertise it in the main OOC
3.) When you have sufficient interest (usually 6 players including yourself) and the final okay from a mod you can make the OOC and IC threads. Only once you have mod approval and player interest can the threads be made. Players are welcome to consider characters prior to the creation of the RP however they should keep in mind that the RP may not go ahead until the OOC and IC threads are officially made.

That's the process we've used for as long as I've been on the forums which is just over 2 years now. The reason for this system is that it helps us make sure we've got a good variety of RPs and that existing RPs are not put under pressure by duplicate RPs or RPs that are too similar. I hope that clears up a few things for you and please don't hesitate to ask if there's any more confusion or if you've any more questions.
