Sup Traxer? Don't mind the rest, they're all crazy. If you want to survive, just stay in the "Not the Comic" section and you'll be fine. Infact, you can see that me staying here most of the time has kept me pretty much safe. I only go into the other parts of the forum if necessary. Enjoy your stay here, and watch out. ALSO! We keep soda's in the back room, and on Fridays it's "dress-to-impress". So wear something nice once in awhile. :>

Finally, after all these years... or months, i'm here!

So, i'm Adam. Between school, my friends, and the internet, i bearly have time for my interests, drawing, reading and writing all of which i am farely good at. But I'll always find time to percrastinate(and mispell things) I draw anthropromorphic animals mostly (Am i a furry? Uh... Mabye. No, seriously, i don't know) as well as human portrates. I often draw my class mates on a slow day in class. I make my own comic for my own enjoyment and that of my friends who lukily don't think i'm a furry. I've been following house pets for quite a while, but only recently joined.
by the way, I've always wanted to ask...

WHAT'R YOU GUY'S FAVORITE HOUSPETS! COMICS?
Mine, believe it or not is still paralsis of the mouth.

Thanks! I didn't expect a warm welcome. Actually, i don't know what i expected.
Oh, other stuff about me (I'M NOT SELF ABSORBED!)

I love British culture, and all music movies or books from there. My idols are pretty much Ray Bradbury and Wes Anderson. I have a bit of a cursing habit (come on, who doesn't- ok, don't answer that) which i will not display here. My inspirations for drawing were actually (in this order of discovery) There she is!!, Cats don't dance, Deviant Art, and Housepets! My comic is pretty much about a depressed guy (he's actually an anthropromorphic fox) who is subconciously killing himself with cigarettes and drugs, loves movies, is an atheist, is farely bleack and angry, but is none the less always the well spoken voice of reason. He's pretty much me, except i don't smoke or take drugs. And i'm a bit happier of a person. My dream is to live in northern Britian and make a living as a writer. So there you go.

PS: i vaguely recall some one on this board mentioning that they were from south jersey. If they happen to see this, what part?

Well... I use paint to touch up most of my drawings. Heck, 'catnapping' was completely redone in paint, but they all start on paper with my pencil.
I'm not at all the best traditional drawer though, so it helps to get a little help

...
I recently just got a new art tablet so I'm trying to learn how to use that.
Anywho thanks! I'm glad you liked them. I also liked your Fatastic Fox Illustration; you draw for your school newspaper?

Just wanted to say, i found house pets by mere chance. Actually, because of a school assighnment! Well, without going into to much detail, i had to include some pictures that had something to do with my religion. Not wanting to offend anyone, i opted for humor to make it easier to swallow. On google images i typed in something like "atheist comic" and browsed the results. Some where, i saw a small colorfull comic looking thing, which i favorited so i would remember to check it the next day. When i got time to look at it, it was what i now know to be the first comic in the pride lands story arc. I read the entire arcive and have been following ever since.

why it came up in my results, i'll never know

I Googled "atheist comic" and "atheist comic housepets", and all I got was something about Satanic coconuts, and an edited Mario Kart 64 box that says "It's a meee! Santa Claus!"

Search engines are illogical. Kinda like [insert your choice of "atheists" or "theists" here].

Google images actually shifts around sometimes. It was probably a once in a life time chance. Also, i think that i looked up to page 60 or something. no wonder it got off topic
