Asbestos is typically found in roofs, not floors, right?

Nope. You know those 9x9 floor tiles? The small ones? Asbestos...
It can also be found in some wall materials. They stopped using most of it in construction, fortunately... Most new buildings don't have it in it.

When I was in 4th grade we had to move to our district's administrative building because our school had to get completely torn apart to get the asbestos removed.

I'll trade with any of ya when it comes to sleep. I have to go to bed at nine thirty and wake up at six. I fall asleep at around eleven-twelveish. So, on average I get around six and a half hours of sleep or less. Anyone up for a trade?

I went to bed at 5am this morning, and woke up at 4 in the afternoon. I'd just like to -have- a sleep schedule, because my internal clock is so far out of wack, it's not even funny anymore. :c

My sleep schedule varies between: No sleep, some sleep, go to bed at a reasonable time and STILL wake up at two-three o'clock in the afternoon.
This is not normal.
Love me right now! Done.

Time management? What's that?
Now If I go to bed too early, I usually end up wide awake for 30 minutes. My brain is now wired to have minimal sleep

30 minutes? Lol. You have no idea how happy I'd be if I could fall asleep in 30 minutes. It generally takes me anywhere from 45 minutes to several hours to actually fall asleep. :/

I am also a person that can't manage time. I do have an alarm clock but, I usually decide not to use it or I just pound the snooze button for an hour.

I don't actually keep a watch with me so I don't know the exact time, 30 minutes seems about right though.
I have an internal clock, so I wake up at 6 am whether I want to or not.

OK, several hours I definetely know is not normal o_o
