The weird thing about dreams is that your impression of them is often rather unrelated to their actual content- a lot of "nightmares" I've had have really just involved walking around, but then I've had perfectly pleasant dreams in which the world is destroyed or whatever. Of course, that may be related to the fact that my lifelong dream is to destroy the Earth, but most likely it's just a neurological oddity.
