Hush Flint. XD Either help me, or ask Aaron or someone to help me.
That pokemon is Groudon. Fire types rule.
@Dub- I've already made a family tree. I need one more question about my family history to ask my dad. Want a list?

I tend to do that too Flint.
Although I managed to not lose hardcore in every competitive match even with such a mindset. Because Gardevoir, Jumpluff, and Espeon are super cute, and not utterly terrible pokemon for example. >.>

Furret is not all that powerful but I have started to love Fury Swipes.

Re: Chat thread
Darkrai is banned in pretty much all competitive leagues, not to mention having 5 of the same pokemon on your team is a deathwish.

I've asked that. Russia, Lithuania, Canada (we're Canadian French), Italy, England, and Ireland.
I've asked about:
the kind of jobs my family has held,
the traditions we follow (like cusine and religion),
where in the USA we've lived in,
skills that have been passed down each generation,
any significant family objects we have,
military involvement in our family (that's a big role, trust me),
how many siblings my parents and grandparents had (HUGE family I have).
And that's it. I need one more, for my dad.
And btw Flint.... I can beat that Darkrai. You know I can. muhahaha.

*Ahem*! To quote Karen, the last of Top 4 in the Johto based games (Gold/Silver/Crystal): "Strong Pokémon. Weak Pokémon. That is only the selfish perception of people. Truly skilled trainers should try to win with their favorites. I like your style. You understand what's important. Go on--the Champion is waiting."Dub wrote:You would never make it in competitive battling my friend.
Yes, I choose my favorite Pokemon every time. For example, every one of my teams has Gengar in it. It's just one of my favorites.

The anime is not restricted by the values of in-game stats, therefore that comment has no ground.

Gengar is also very powerful, so no problems there.Alex wrote: Yes, I choose my favorite Pokemon every time. For example, every one of my teams has Gengar in it. It's just one of my favorites.
I for one really like Misdreavus and Mismagius, so I use one. Unfortunately Mismagius is basically a worse Gengar.

Rayquaza is my favorite! Not that it's legendary. But it has a great move pool and it's dragon type, so its only real weakness is ice.
@Dub- I can make my project work. Although no one's the President of the USA in my family, great-great grandpa played in the famous Boston Symphony and my uncle played trumpet in the Marine Core Band (they play at the DC presidential inagurations and such).

HOLD IT. RIGHT. THERE.
I interrupt this conversation to point out that Groudon is of the ground type. I don't care how far up it was called a fire type. It isn't.

Re: Chat thread
Or at least a bigger one. Or a nyoro~n beagle.
A forum I used to frequent once had a thread dedicated to posting the creepiest imaginable Pokémon pictures (within reason, if you get my drift). Usually "creepy" means "ha ha that's pretty creepy." Some of the stuff they had was more like "this is not leaving my head for days." It was terrifying. It's amazing how traumatizing a cute little video game can be made.Dubiousity wrote:That picture scares the crap outta me.

My avatar.... PG rating..... stinks, I know. But I'm not good with the avatar things and such. I don't want to use one of these comic's characters, and I'm pretty much stuck. XD Help point me in the right direction?

Re: Chat thread
Sometimes the snow comes down in June;
Sometimes the sun goes 'round the moon;
I see the passion in your eyes;
Sometimes it's all a big surprise.
'Cause there was a time when all I did was wish;
You'd tell me this was love;
It's not the way I wished or how I planned;
But somehow... it's enough.
And now we're standing face to face;
Isn't this world a crazy place?
Just when I thought our chance had passed;
You go and save the best for last.
All of the nights you came to me;
When some silly boy had set you free;
You wondered how you'd make it through;
I wondered what was wrong with you;
How could you give your love to someone else;
And share your dreams with me?

Well, it's entirely possible you're from some alternate-dimension 80s wherein Ronald Reagen and George H.W. Bush were never president and thus representative democracy died.
