Yeah, it's never a good idea to mix alcohol with caffeine, it was a foolish idea in the first place.

It was called 4Loko. it's still sold in some states, I think, but I'm pretty sure it's banned in VA.

I'm pretty sure they just took the caffeine out of it. It might be banned overall in some states, though.

It was banned so they removed the caffeine. Against my best advice, two of my friends decided to drink them before they got banned. One said it was the worst thing he ever drank and couldn't even finish it without diluting it with generous portions of soda and the other got sick and spent most the night under a table.
The moral of the story: I'm always right. Also, Four Loko was a really bad idea.
