So two muons and an electron neutrino walk into a bar. The bartender says, "I'm sorry, we don't serve leptons here." So the particles don't say anything because they can't talk. It is funny because they can't walk either.

For anyone wondering, you don't get my joke because it's awful and doesn't even really have a punchline, not because you don't know enough about physics.

In my joke, the bar turned into a magnet because of the first electron and it pulled the other 999,999 electrons in.

That's not quite how magnets are made, and negative charge actually repels electrons.

When it comes to point charges (which magnets aren't, but magnets work on this principle), the repelling force is proportional to the product of the charges. A negative times a negative is a positive, which means the repulsion is positive. A positive times a positive is a positive, which means the repulsion is positive. A negative times a positive is a negative, which means the repulsion is negative; in other words, there's an attraction.

I distinctly remember our last cicadas being from 2005, a fact which Wikipedia adamantly claims untrue. There's a slight chance that it was 2004, but that conflicts with pretty much every single memory I have about it.

I think the entire Midwest is, if not the whole country. It's really annoying! I was going to someone's house with my mom and there was a swam of them on the way to the front porch. You couldn't get there without dodging the things...

Anyway, Toasty and Argent I've not heard much from. I think I might have seen Argent in the RP thread sometimes...very rarely though. i think it's safe to say Hipstar's gone though, sadly.
