Por lo poco que has escrito, no. Un solo detalle al escribir una pregunta en español se utilizan los dos simbolos de interrogacion ¿?, igualmente al expresar asombro o estupefaccion se utilizan los dos signos de admiracion ¡!.

I have an English keyboard. That key makes = and + for me.

I press Alt+173 for ¡, but I haven't memorized the code for the question mark. "ñ" is 164, and "é" is 130. I use that second one a lot. :3

Ya, I was surprised when I went to the Dominican Republic to use a computer and I see this totally different keyboard. o.O
