Title Text:

...you know, you can still take advantage of him being just cloth and string. Wonder if Chucky could have been dispatched as easily?

A fight for Grape
from Tinnier
as she wonders
what she’s got here.
A Kangaroo
she doesn’t know
as Peanut plays
the so-and-so?
It isn’t him
so who is it?
Who is being
a little… twit?

Creepy! Love the bi-coloration on the button eyes.
Wonder if Pookie Bear is still with us?

Ah, got a few if those comic books, think he's still drawing that particular cat ;)

As a Punch and Judy fan I like this comic, funny how it still entertains after all these years. Timeless comedy.

Love the mischievous grin in the last panel.

Weird situation... If wasn't Peanut who was moving that puppet, then is it really moving and talking by itself? Maybe it's right Maxwell doing this joke, but he knows what consequences could get by doing such things against his Grape... :P The puppet changes expression and moves the jaw, Grape, it should already scare you... :?
Nice other comic, Tinnier. :D

The puppet is live, like Tinnier constant ideas he keeps giving me. Of course King may do an accurate Nintendocaprisun scream upon meeting that living puppet.

(you know my Voice Actor casting for King by this point. Now imagine him doing that scream accurately as well as loudly.)

You hit it! Punch and Judy, the Muppets and an old stuffed kangaroo were my inspiration for this comic ;)

Something tells me Grape is now going to be terrified of that puppet now that she knows it is alive and moving by itself especially from the evil grin it gave her.

I started the Muppets with my kids - they're grown and gone now, and I'm still watching the Muppets every chance I get!

A few years ago there was a Muppets show on ABC that was a sitcom that looked really funny and had the Muppets in a more real life scenario. Unfortunately it was cancelled after one season.

It got cancelled due to complaints from parents and fans about it's adult nature, several of the cast and crew openly disliking the show, Fozzi dating a human (gross) and Kermit breaking up with Misses Piggy.
Sarah was afraid, so she lied and said, “I did not laugh.” But [The LORD] said, “Yes, you did laugh.” - Genesis 18:15 (NIV).

I vaguely remember that ... it bombed really quickly. Never saw any of the episodes.

I watched all of it if only because it was something that I thought would remind me of my childhood. I was disappointed it got cancelled but I could understand.

Though I think I read that the Muppets were originally conceived for adults somewhere.

Jim Henson intended a lot for adults. He was a well-rounded story-teller.

I think also over time the Muppets ended up being regarded more for kids when they weren't supposed to be.

The thought of talking to a ghost
And not Peanut scares Grape the most,
Cause after all, that puppet roo
Has a grin that just screams 'boo!'

Grape, you're talking to thin air-
Seems to me there's no one there-
Peanut's headed to the door,
It's not haunted? Are you sure?
You're a wonderful person! You can do this! Yes, you, person reading this!
