Well, he did others, but Meat Loaf is mostly known for the Bat Out Of Hell trilogy. I do recommend all his albums (Hang Cool Teddy Bear has a few decent songs, Hell In A Handbasket has two, and Braver Than We Are? Erm...it's version of I'd Do Anything For Love was good).

On the contrary. As someone who did radio work and aired 80's rock and metal, Eudoant and company would fit will with the scene!

Not really. Plenty of rock and metal albums from the day had abstract and unique designed creatures on their covers. Bands like Nazareth, Sodom, Meat Loaf, Iron Maiden, Helloween come to mind with creatures on their albums. In fact, Eudoant and company? They would fit well on album covers from the likes of Dio, Rainbow, and Nazareth, to name a few.
