There are Jewish, Christian, and Muslim traditions that support the idea that Enoch "walked into Heaven". The Genesis reference (5:21-24) is ambiguous on that point, though.
I'll let Mungo's depiction in today's strip speak for me about him. It is Christmas.
Like others have said, Mungo is a therapy dog but not a PSYCHOLOGIST that can help and it looked like he was unintentionally making things worse. A therapy dog gives comfort. I know Mungo knows that because he was trying to comfort Keene after he was nearly murdered by PETA. I don't think he knows that it doesn't make him qualified to be someone you can talk to.
Not really because he showed up and talked to him after his future self who is "Winter" now managed to get through to him. Mungo did show up but didn't talk to him.

Yeah, I think we are left to assume that, at least, Fox is assuming in that moment that Mungo would later be Autumn, but there is no confirmatuon. In fact, there isn't any mention that there even IS a fourth, it's assumed only because there are four seasons.
That being said, I think there is a fourth and the most likely suspect is Mungo. Also, I think that they have yet to meet the females on Earth just yet.

To be fair, all we know for sure is that Fox retains his (aged) appearence as far as we see with an alteration in color. Given the nature of Heaven, it's possible the Spring and Summer weren't even dogs in life. Though I tend to think that they were Huskies on Earth.
