[2020/11/02 - Fudge]
Title Text: oh come on, trinket's heard worse

It is a language many would try to protect mortal ears from. Even have a ratings system in a vain effort to do so.

Looks like someone needs to find a bar of Lava soap to wash out the demons mouth.

Looks like this already spiraling out of Stewards control, too

So curse words indeed are actual cursed words. The universe is feeling literal this week.

An arch of the damned;
a portal away
the rhyme revealed.
Euodant will play.
What have you done, fool?
Brought up the evil?
You started the play;
Hell’s on retrieval.
Unnatural things
are rising this day.
Alert all the good;
Evil’s here today...

Oooooo... Sasha.

I can see Eudoant slaving the humans and/or non-humans.

Ah ha, I always knew our grammar school cafeteria guy had demonic powers - food tasted like it, too.

So ... the demon-deer returns. Probably not to finish her driver's application (or whatever abandoned office they're in). Trinket is seriously cute - take her picture, Mr. Audubon.

Of all ways to summon someone, never thought of just putting a dollar in a swear jar to do so!

Rick covered our ears!

And I'm guessing half of Steward's expression is: "you don't get the [censored] up here? If you don't want him here, why open the portal?"

"No no, you don't know him, Eudoant. That's how he rolls"

"Yes, don't know him I don't"

Make up the spare bedroom, Keene and Breel! Your demon-lover is comin' to town! Cerberus, time to chase the deer.... :evil:

Now this is interesting. It seems that DD actually is a servant of Eudoant after all and isn't out for himself. Eudoant might've let DD go through with Keene for that reason instead of raising a fuss about the demon and ferret duo escaping together.

If Eudoant actually does get summoned up, I'm very curious as to where the plot for this arc and future plot-heavy ones will go.

My guess is that Eudoant isn't going to be hatching their scheme any time super soon. Or if they do, they'll likely do so undercover and in disguise. I could see them disguising themselves as another animal and infiltrating the ECP. There's a lot of bureaucracy in there...

That's interesting, the demon placed the bureaucracy papers to make a sort of a portal... They can really work also in this way, at least it's an useful one. :P What incantations, it's really such infernal language! :lol: Is that the way this demon talks to its superior? :? I see your curiosity, Steward, but was better to cover your ears like Trinket did. ;)

Yeah, that was a curve-ball for me, too. I'd assumed that the dino-demon was trying to escape Pandemonium in part to get away from Eudoant's authority. That also begs the question of his assistance in helping Keene escape from Eudoant's physical clutches and reuniting Keene with Breel. For Eudoant and the Dino-Demon to have choreographed an elaborate plot to get Keene and Breel back to the Terrestrial realm in order to create a breach for Eudoant's intrusion seems awfully convoluted.

While it's my own conjecture, unsupported by any evidence in the Housepets storylines to date, I sort of assumed that Eudoant and her counterparts mirrored the roles of Cerberus in their relations to mortals. Just as Cerberus policed up the dear departed for transportation (with cookie) to the Celestial plain, I assumed Eudoant snatched up those assigned to the Infernal level and conducted them to their place in the dark world.

I confess that my interest in the coin transformation narrative slackened pretty badly over the last several months, but this twist raises a whole new level of possibilities, intrigues, and conflicts.

For some reason, I don't think that the curse word that the demon ended up using to bring Eudoant up from Pandemonium was as mild as one would think. Also judging from Steward's face, he either heard worse or said worse. XD

More importantly, what gender is Eudoant anyway? I see some people say she and others say he. I really want to know.

And Euodant's a mighty Demon anyway. It's possible that she's whatever gender he feels like being when you ask hir.

Gender fluidity seems to have become a subtheme of sorts, at least with Marion and Lois's transformation so, yeah, who's to say, eh?

I don't pay attention to who classifies Eudoant as what gender. All I know is that I saw the demon being called both. 8-)

For the former, only if they don't want to. For the latter, only if they want to

Eudoant, get your butt in gear,
Eudou needs you quick, up here,
The tongue that seems most foul
Is several expletives' growl.

Office papers are the portal,
And careful, Steward, you're just mortal,
Try not to sell your soul,
That won't get you to your goal.
