Well people were saying Kev should
be spending more time with Sasha

The arc ending with King and Sasha reaching an amicable agreement to respect each other's boundaries after taking a roundabout and hijinks-filled path toward that agreement is great. And I know King's befuddlement with what's happening in that last panel is definitely valid given how he expected to just have his bed to himself and Bailey after everything got solved, but he should learn to enjoy being snuggled between his awesome spouse romantically and his awesome friend platonically at the same time.

I'm excited to see the next arc. What's the over-under on there being a skip forward to the ECP boarding house being opened up? This last strip has me thinking we'll get another arc with them living in the Wolf House. Maybe Kevin telling King about his plans to propose to Sasha, and Sasha working to recover and find her own place in life now that she's been emancipated.

Part of me really wants to see Marion & Lois back in focus, moving in to the boarding house and maybe having the two make new friends as the ECP accepts new members (including prey animals now). However, continuing on with the development of Kevin & Sasha as a couple and as their own characters, maybe with some development for Fox as well if King spills the beans about Kevin wanting to pop the question, would also be excellent. I got a soft spot for Fox during the Hot Springs arc and would love to see more of him as he grapples with his feelings of loneliness and grows as a character.

Okay now I'm wondering about something:
Is Kevin also now emancipated or does he just live with the wolves together until Sasha is in the bording house?
I would also ask what his owner thinks about it, but I guess the owner just thinks it's cute or something.

For the next arc, I'm kind of torn, I'd like to catch up with Peanut, Grape, Maxwell, and Tarot, but on the other paw, I'd like to see more of Marion and Lois, o r maybe Fox.

I personally love to see the next arc be about Res again.

As for the close cuddle, I dunno it seems he's just about the same distance away as Sasha was. Could just be me.

I think any questions about the next arc should be directed to Rick towards the future arcs topic. We seem to be quick on the suggestions already x3

Thus ends the first full arc since I started reading the comic. Fitting that it ends on another awkward note for King.

Huh, the thing got from bad to worse... Eheh, poor King, you wished so. Kevin and Sasha are going to have an home for themselves due to ECP, but at the moment, also Kevin is now at King's family home, despite he already had a place... Probably there's again the rule "host also Kevin or start paying rent". Well King, hold on, all this won't last long.

Somehow thought we'd go to Friday - makes the Friday strip all the more intriguing.

Does King now also need to tell Kevin about not getting too close or will Sasha do it.
Also I had to think why Sasha isn't in the bed.
First I thought it was because the bed was too small (it still is) but then I realised it's because she understands that King doesn't want her to be too close, since it's uncomfortable for him.

I would just LOVE to see King try to have the same talk with Kevin about boundaries that he did with Sasha to get her to become a little less invading of his personal space. Kevin is probably one of those dogs that think that nipping is an invitation to play. Cue him talking King and sending him flying into a wall then the emergency vets!

The title of the arc threw me off thinking Kevin was going to do something big as well, but guess not. I don't mind. Gives Rick more energy to do that sort of thing with the Sandwiches, honestly :3

To tell you the truth, I would expect Peanut to propose to Grape before Kevin proposed to Sasha. I know that he isn't as dumb as he looks but does he even know what a proposal is and what marriage entails?

While it's nice to see king being loved, I still don't know how I feel with a married dude sleeping with someone other than their significant other like this. I can slightly understand sasha's case, being she was a abused dog and has daddy issues, and is probably subconsciously trained to innately be cute, attractive, and wanting to make out with other dogs, and king was trying to set up boundaries, but what IS Kevin's excuse? He isn't abused as far as I am concerned. Also wouldn't he be with sasha?

Seems pretty harmless to me. I mean, clearly King still has some issues to work through, but...
Don't see how two people sharing a bed is necessarily cause for concern
