Well, I give up. I don't know where the plot is going. I thought Sasha and King were going to have a Hallmark moment, but now that Bailey is back with the pups I doubt that's on the table.

I was thinking this could be an arc where King and Bailey team up (Wonder Parents Powers Activate) and help Sasha adapt to real world independent adulting life in a montage style way but the title still makes me think some kind of romanic whatever is going to happen.

While Sasha continues with double entendres, the more benign interpretation is probably worse for King. Fortunately for King, Sasha isn't likely to end up with one of their pouppieues since Bailey is just as opposed to giving them up. Sasha wanting to adopt gives a whole new meaning to "Be Mine".

I figured someone was going to come in and "rescue " King pretty soon. I agree that the overall title makes me think that something romantic is coming. I didnt really think strongly that it was going to be between King and Sasha. She's ditzy, but I think understands Kings relationship a bit better than that. She isn't good at boundaries, though. I still think this will be about Sadha and either Kevin or Fox.

I want to point out how normal and mundane King's life has become. I mean this is the same guy who was arrested, turned into a dog, imprisoned for seven months, married a dog, had part of his soul manifest as a watch, went to HEAVEN, brokered a deal with "God," then faced an all-powerful demi-god to win his freedom. Since then his life has just been "We have to find a baby-sitter" and "Unexpected houseguest. And she's FEMALE."

The fact that King can't handle the mundane everyday honestly very human situations tells me he will not live through his daughters going through puberty or Bahamut forbid DATE. On his death bed, King will say
King: Rook, you're the man of the house now.
Rook: But Dad, I'm a dog.
King: That's not the point....eehhhhsshdsflskdjf *beeeeeep*

Got a good chuckle out of this one. Glad to see more of the pups. I guarantee that there's at least one person that's going to make King in panel 2 their avatar in the coming days, that's an excellent face.

Also, the name of today's comic is nearly identical to the comic from June 8, 2016, All Wet, which, curiously, also featured Rook solo from among King's pups, the only other such occurrence in the comic.

Agreed. A good joke would be King stammering as he tries to get out the “It’s not what it looks like!” speech and Bailey puts a paw-finger up to his lips to get him to shush, reassuring him.

A NEW OS? He's already more like a Hackintosh, running human software on unsupported hardware.

I'm very surprised he hasn't run into a critical unrepairable error yet but then again that would spell the end of King.
