Look at the bright side, Tarot. That probably expended a lot of Mana, so the rest should be a bit faster to drain.

So from what Mungo said, seems genetic memories are a thing. Wonder if this will ring a bell for Res, too?

maybe it already did, the Pridelands series is about cats(lions are cats too, afterall) in ancient Afrika. I guess he got inspired by Ptah's memories.

Alright alright hold up one second. How on earth did he manage to just control the mana specifically to turn giant in order to fight it when we were just warned a billion times that the mana's power was so sensitive to the mortal mind simply by jumping into it. He's STILL in it. How did a tear summon a portal to Hell and an arc demon but Res throws his WHOLE body in and the result is "eh, he's just a kaiju now". It makes sense, especially if he's focused on a specific goal, but even someone focused would still have stray thoughts that would result in infinitely many things to happen, even further amplified by Kitsune making the result of his actions incredibly vague leaving him to process the situation in 5 seconds. The only way I'll buy this is if a bunch of random chaotic things start happening during the fight, or at least something to play with the concept that was hammered into our heads for months now. This is kinda ruining the tension (from the mana thing specifically), at least if there was intended to be any tension. Comic's silly afterall and the tension has been thrown on and off in this arc so at least looking back at it the joke would be that your serious expectations keep getting riled up only to be shot down in reminder that it's a slice of life comic in the end of the day.

So Res plan is to get huge and fight the Forgotten using the Mana, ok cool. But it is immediately ruined by having them all teleported away, meaning he doesn't get to fight him unless I have miscounted and he isn't part of the 11 getting beamed up.

Unless I'm missing someone that might actually warp out Res, or maybe Tarot since she's no longer the farthest one. Heck it could warp out one of the angels. Or it could just have missed Res entirely and not taken an 11th because no one was in range, I'da know how Star Trek Tech works though ^^;

That is 11 unless it's going to teleport Kitsune? Which it shouldn't, even if Dallas doesn't know he is a Celestial Being like the Angels Grape and Peanut do (as does Res) so they should have told him he could be excluded. He is clearly more help to Tarot at the moment even if he can't do much.

Tarot is now closer to Dallas than Res. Res is also not pet-sized any more and may not be recognized by the virtual starship.

It could grab one of the spirits instead but they probably don't read like life-forms, and besides the rule of narrative inevitability applies.

A transporter's ability to teleport is not based solely on proximity to the person calling in the transport

From Memory Alpha:

Obtaining or maintaining a transporter lock enables the transporter operator to know the subject's location, even in motion, allowing the beaming process to start more quickly.

I would assume that since the temple is doing this with Magic it would pull the 11 out of Dallas' mind to get the lock, therefore, it wouldn't matter if Res was moving or grew in size unless the Mana completely changed his Bio-signs it should still Teleport him. It also has a maximum range of over twice the size of Earth so it's not like he is out of range.

So? By the time he called "11 to beam up", Res had already moved and was nowhere near Dallas. What might have happened if the transport had been requested while he was still nearby isn't relevant.

The temple is not a beneficent genie, it's a gaming environment. Why would it go out of its way to help the players, instead of interpreting the request the most literal way?

Narratively, we have Chekhov's Guns dangling all over the place: Kitsune's intervention, the timing of the teleport, Dallas explicitly specifying "eleven to beam up". What would a three-day lead-in justify, if it's just going to lead to Res being teleported out of the Mana as if he'd never moved at all?
