I'm more interested in his thoughts on Max. he's the one with the least logical argument for having the soul of a dog.
Grape is best friends with a dog, Sabrina is dating one. but Max fights with Bino all the time and has no close ties with any other dogs.
plus, he's kind of a prankster so he kinda falls under the "treachery of cats" category to a much smaller degree.

Really drawing straws there, Satau. Now i'm wondering how Dragon felt about him being an Avatar?

This is a clever and unexpected twist, honestly - despite it being a feud between the chief of the dogs and the king of cats.

A foreshadowing that Ptah isn't as bad as he looks to be just because he kidnapped Grape. I'm wondering if this scenario will be fixed before they head back to their time?

She's actually not allowed there but she's more powerful than Bino. Even in the allowance strip, she is shown beating up Bino.

Carp I wouldn't be surprised if they do that on a regular basis as weird as it sounds. Even IF it comes to far I bet one of the time travellers will give them a heartwarming speech about Dogs and Cats being able to live together...even thought the dogs and cats do that already in this time...

Am I the only one thinking that Ptah and Satau are exactly the same in mentality and just don't trust the other species? That in fact neither are truly good or bad and that they're just as bad as each other?

No nope you aren't. Satau and Ptah look more like bickering brothers, so I really wonder HOW far it will go. In the best case the time travellers will stop them or it won't even get this far. In the worst case Ptah and Satau fight each other, use their powers to much and draw the attention of Dragon to them and this will be the moment where Dragon sees the time travellers and if THAT happens the best thing that could happen is that Dragon doesn't notice that Tarot is one of her future avatars.

I think it was established in a comic that Dragon couldn't see them and to her it looked like Satau was acting crazy.

I wonder what she thought of Ptah getting a bowl of soup dumped over him.

Oh yeah, I forgot the lamp my fault. Well about the soup thing maybe it looked to her like Ptah did it himself or she didn't noticed it. I don't think she is watching them all the time.
Althought the lamp could get damaged or if Satau or Ptah use their avatar powers the lamp can be used to prevent them from it and with that I mean using their avatar powers
