Max: Can’t you see Peanut? She has a crush on Satau.

Peanut: But Grape told me she thinks of cats when it comes to romance.

Grape: Oh, uh… well… you see… *runs away*

Also, Satau looks awesome! :D

Yes Peanut, Grape is angry, just like the time Res said a thing, she was angry then too. And when thinking about big cats she's angry. :P

Also, I bet ten bucks Max will soon have a bite in both of his ears.

I instantly thought of DBZ Abridged with the second panel. That series is just to ingrained in me now.

Loving that Avatar Satau design, too! Almost looks like a Green Lantern, too.

Also, DEAR BAHAMUT, GRAPE, CALM DOWN! You look like you're about to snap Max's neck there!

Be happy you are Grape's little chew pillow for these things, Max! Just hope she doesn't get too excited and bite that ear off! This is such, such such an adorable thing she is doing to Max. <3 <3 <3

Love this. Hilarious and awesome. Satau's powers look amazing in color, and the fighting panels are fluid and have a lot of good action.

He casts his light over ancient evil
as he returns, once more, to her sight,
showing again that all around him
need to fear the might of Dragons' light.
For they cannot withstand her power,
even hidden amidst the brightest day,
as he fights with shedded light again
and Grape strangles a black cat grey.
Nothing hostile can withstand his might
now that he's shielded from the lantern;
It's no error that the will of green
has set such a bold, heroic, pattern.

That was epic! I just love Satau's powered form, i dont think the fight will last too long but i hope we see more of him crashing with the kitty.
In other news, that should had called Dragon's attention so maybe we see she soon.

Also, did the energy sword and shield changed hands in the 5th panel??

Am I the only one who though of Varrick in that second panel? Maybe it's just because the arc is about avatars, but still.

Also, that is some epic energy armor.

They float slightly over his hands. Being energy weapons, when he crosses his hands, they overlap

You know... Back during the heaven arc, they made a big deal and frequent reference about the fact that they experienced time in a non-subjective fashion. It's what allowed Pete to 'serve' his many years immediately... however, it always struck me that, given the way in which they more or less omnisciently experience time flow, that it works both ways: because Dragon and Pete got their just rewards and paid the penalty of a life incarnation, that takes them off the board for now... not just off the board in the HousePets! present... but off the board in ALL times. Non-subjectively out play, this -should- mean that regardless of when in time they are, Dragon should NOT be able to pick up the phone, so to speak.

They're living the life NOW. In 2015. AFTER the game has finished. Tarot and crew are currently 3000BCE, when the game is on. Thus Dragon is about. So she can answer the call to action. And may have some questions for Satau later...

Then how is Satau still able to obtain Dragon's powers? Isn't there some odd chance/risk that Dragon might see the Gang? I doubt that Lantern is gonna do much to protect them.
