Absolutely evil. Some of the worst villains don't stoop so low.

Down and outs, in a bar, drinking beer,
outline their plan for all there to hear.
These villains, who can't scare a barman,
would have needed a magician, a Shaman
to pull off pummelling the mighty Spot.
The new plan worked, with the brains they've got,
as they worked out the parameters of their plot
to recall what had tried and failed before -
leaving them battered and bruised on the floor
In the end they found it wasn't a trick
To make him suffer and really feel sick.
Making him pay for all the drinks wasn't hard,
because they'd nicked his credit card!
(and they knew his pin was 1234 too...)

Uhm, a bar isn't the best place for a reunion of such blatant bad guys, and to discuss of that thing, but hey, it's good to drink a beer. ;) So, none of you have a place where host all? What poor villains you are... :P Oh, yeah, that plan will work... Remember that he's a Superdog. ;) Eheh, you're all fails collectors. :P However, steal his credit card has been really smart and evil of you, congrats! That's real desperation! :D

Speaking of Bat-Bat, Mighty Mouse had a Bat-Bat in the '80s. I never saw those episodes, they came between my watching cartoons and my kids watching cartoons.

This reminds me of "The Princess and the Bounty Hunters," a Samurai Jack episode where a group of very skilled (save for Boris) bounty hunters gang up against him, but their elaborate plan is defeated in less time than the falling of a drop of water from a cabin roof to the ground.
