Title Text: Hey Spo, I really like your Death of Rats costume
Sorry for the late thread today, everyone. Blame the forums crashing.
Who do y'all think will be playing "The Ghost of Christmas Future"?
I love the choice of Tiger as The Grinch!

Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
A mixture of stories, past, present and Grinchure,
lay out the story of a bleak Christmas future
in which jolly fat men do battle and hopes wane -
will the holidays ever remain the same?
The past in cloth as the present wears mom's jacket,
the Grinch wears little and Spo's got a great racket,
bringing notice of death to all the naughty list -
a written note to all evil to cease and desist.
What is a reaper doing in a Christmas tale of hope?
Why does it look like Tiger's bag needs soap?
It's impressive we care about this mad flannel
We'll be back later – same Housepets time, same channel!

Let's see:
1. Discworld reference.
2. Tiger got green paint in his fur, that'll be a pain getting out later.
3. I told you Peanut doesn't need any more magic to make it work.

Don't believe me, check the Christmas remix forum.
Spo is the ghost of Christmas that has yet to surpass.
Spo you can't get any lines because the ghost of Christmas future is ominous ans mysterious, also voiceless.
Tiger is the perfect Grinch, great casting Peanut.
This will be a hilarious arc I can see it now.

I'm reminded of The Santa Clause 2. Is anyone else getting that?
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

Eh, give him a chance. I do believe this is the first time we've seen Tiger playing an active role in their imaginate sessions. He'll probably end up saving Christmas anyway, even if its only in his mind.

Maybe they'll have Zach next time. + Jess if she's on a good mood. :3

I doubt we'll see Jess. This whole thing would confuse her. Then she'll get upset. Then there'd be blood in the Manger all right...
Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
Also, this whole strip is a reference to "The Flight of Dragons," if I'm not mistaken.
Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
Extra wordy strips like this one are fun to read out loud, I find. :)
Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
I love Spo's death costume.
Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
Very nice, this time the reciting looks done in a more professional way. Applauses to the costume designer/s (they all, I suppose). Tiger fits perfectly for the role of Grinch character, and his reciting in evil characters parts is great, no disputes on this. He vanished (maybe is a good thing). Well Spo, usually Death character has no words to say, fortunately.

I'm sure the cold hand of science will be able to overcome his magical powers
Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
They keep him because they need to keep balance in the Christmas Force!
...and because that makes it easier to make a story.

Not to veer this topic off course, but anybody else wondering what happened to the thread for Last Friday's Strip?

Zach hasn't broken Jess into doing this whole game yet so we got to give it time.
Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
So who'll be playing Santa? I'm hoping for Peanut, then we can hopefully get the
Peanut vs. Tiger and Santa vs. Grinch fight that I've wanted to see for awhile.

It was, as all comic threads eventually are, moved to the Old Comic Discussion forum. Using the forum search feature will bring it up promptly. [ link ]MrBlueSky7 wrote:Not to veer this topic off course, but anybody else wondering what happened to the thread for Last Friday's Strip? :|

I thought about changing my signature but decided against it, it's too much work!
Re: 2014/12/08 - Christmas Night Of The Round Table
The whole strip is a reference to the meeting of the four wizards. I don't imagine Tiger is a good stand-in for James Earl Jones, though.valerio wrote:where?AceVendetta wrote:Holy crap, a flight of dragons reference! Bravo, man!

Im sure the references that this arc will make will be awesome

I will enjoy this arc, I can tell. Especially when I get first comment tomorrow!
My characters!
I got too many colors to remember. I'll put them here to see. Aren't they nice? Yep! Absolutely!
(There's actually 6 eggs, but I ran out of links)
