In that panel, he reminds me of Wile E. Coyote, although I can't think off the top of my head of a classic WB cartoon that has someone grabbing him in that manor. The action also resembles a clip from the opening of the show "DuckTales".

Technically they're only dangerous when you can't get what you desire and dwell on dreams to the point of loosing reality. However, this is Heaven where dreams can literally come true, so it's really not that dangerous.

When you think of all the bad things that have happened to Fox since the beginning IE, kidnapped twice, friends hiding stuff from him, etc, You cant help but have the feels for him. Hes smart, good looking, kind/gentle, and a good friend to the people who know him. I do think its time something really nice happens for him.
