... So does this mean Jata has beaten Chuck Norris? I never heard of chuck norris being so muscular he rips a jacket off that he is not even wearing.

Poor Ralph, having to do his job, keep the peace. I wonder if he realizes just how tense a situation this is, and how much WORSE he has actually made things by doing that.

Miles is not looking very muscular in this strip. Even less so than usual.

I think Rick is secretly enjoying the feeling of drawing a armstrong through Jata, so has to come up with many unique ways to explode his shirt.

Just hope Jata doesn't pull a Heel Realization and tries to 'heal' Concord the same way Alex tried healing the elric brothers. Don't know how many lives he will have left after this arc.

Hey, I just thought of something. Isn't Jata the first genuine antagonist to appear in the comic aside from Pete? You know, I actually wouldn't mind more "villain of the week" scenarios like this.

What about Bino? King was an antagonist back when he was still a human. Dragon is a potential villian if we consider the possibility that she manipulated the feelings of some characters with the solely purpose to block them from become Pete's avatar. Thomas and Celia weren't exactly the good guys. And Keene now seems to be heading into the role of the villain, we can't tell what else would be able to do to reach his goals. Oh, and I almost forgot about the "Stranger" with his little Fluffy.

Olol, I forgot about those, though I wouldn't say Bino, Keene or Dragon really count. I guess I would say that Jata is probably the most developed and probably most outright antagonistic, aside from pre-Wonderful Dog's Life King (and Pete of course).

No awesome beatdown of the villain on behalf of the wolves?

I at least want to see Uncle Deadeye face-smother Jata for his ways. Jata isn't a villain in the most conventional of senses, but he's shown a rather notable disregard for how Sabrina feels in regards to all of this, not to mention his egotistical ways. Part of me hopes that Jata refuses to go quietly, and promptly gets his fuzzy butt handed to him.

Jata's made a huge mistake picking a fight with a pack of wolves. Chances are they know how to fight as a team (they were feral, after all) and with 7 well-coordinated attackers (and a police dog) against him, Jata has a very slight chance of winning.
