In regards to comments about the smell giving away Grape's real gender, why would it? I mean, Peanut didn't realize it until she actually outright stated it and he lives in the same house with her, where he'd have plenty of opportunities to get her scent.

Really, for all that the cast is primarily animals, there doesn't seem to be all that much mention of them having sharper senses of smell and hearing, nor that there's any loss of visual acuity compared to humans as is the case in RL housepets. Heck, the only mention of differing senses I can recall off the top of my head (which admittedly may not be the only actual reference; my memory can give black holes pointers on how to suck ) was by King shortly after he was transformed, in this strip.

Grape knows about the sectre relationship between Fido and Sabrina.
I'm sure she will tell it at the end of the arc

Well, it seems I won't be able to predict what's going to happen in this arc so I'll just sit and enjoy the ride. There's like a million of possibilities yet I prefer to just shut up and stop feeding my paranoia XD
At least I hope this arc have some sense and don't end up like the last one. I love the rule of funny and all that stuff but if there are going to be some touching and heartbreaking moments then it have to be done well.

And now a possible future strip:

Grape returns home and asks Peanut some help.
-Grape: Peanut! I'm going to pretend to be Sabrina's BF so I can have a moment with Jata and I need to look more manly. Can you do that "make up" thing of yours on me?
Peanut look at her from head to toe and raises a brow.
-Peanut: Done?
Grape narrows her eyes and punch him.
-Grape: Yeah, I feel more masculine now. Thanks.
Peanut is lying on the floor.
-Peanut: Y-you're welcome. *fell unconscious*
