Technically, no we have not. Especially since Tarot wasn't specifically mentioning 'the Game' social game. You only lose if you suddenly think of the social game. Then you've lost. Also, blatant baiting people to think about the social game doesn't make them lose it either. You can only make them lose using guile, for instance, suddenly going "You lost." out of nowhere. Now, Peanut did lose because he thought about it instantly and panicked. That my friend is how you lose.
By the way, after reading that and you instant panic thought about the game, then yes, you have just lost.
I love Tarot's expression in the last panel , it's like "should have seen that coming"
oh yeah , to all who've been mentioning "that game" until now , you're all evil !! EVIL I TELL YOU ! *cry in the corner*

Really? I thought it was an "I'm not with him" shrink between the seats.

I never thought of it, but if SD has been following them around in human disguises, it's probably her that's making it easy for them by being the only human that understands them and without Tarot's knowledge. She could also be translating behind Tarot's back, too. Would also explain why Grape is having such a hard time also ~ SD is paying too much attention to Peanut and Tarot. If Tarot never noticed this the last time they were here, it's probably because SD was following them all the other times too. X3

But it doesn't mean it was a entirely bad move either, though. It may suck sometimes to play matchmaker, but I wouldn't complain if it turned out better in the end ~ it only becomes bad when they begin neglecting Peanut afterwards or ignoring his personal interests in favor of their own.

Know Your Meme wrote:The Game is one of the simplest distortions of game logic ever invented; by which simply thinking about The Game causes one to lose.
Due to the futility and inevitable loss, The Game could be viewed as a statement of the human condition; that is to say, humankind’s struggle against fundamental laws of nature. THE GAME results in a double negative scenario where trying to not do something is the catalyst for said event.
Actually, I wasn't even aware of how it worked until I read the titular Housepets arc. Pretty interesting, actually actually.
Don't think about elephants. What do you think about?
Now would "the game" the Cosmic Nerds are playing also represent the futility of the human condition? You would think the pickle King finds himself in represents how the universe is out to get him...
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left.
Why is the Spirit Dragon stalking them? Is she going to tell Peanut? Are they going to be transported to the game board, leaving Grape and Max stranded?
I bet Air Bud just insults every actor on the stage, cracking wise.
My characters
Everybody has a story to tell. What's yours?
was tarot going to say that she made him lost or was she going to say something else or was simply menchioning it made him lost cuz peanut allready lost in one of the beginning comics

Yes, we already said that Peanut said Tarot made him lose because he got "the game" confused with the one from the time the strip was black and white.
Everyone in Housepets! and its adjacent dimensions are all crazy.
20th century fox? Given that this is the year 2020, that fox must be dead by now. Sadface! : (

She's trying to avoid anyone from breaking up her favourite shipping pair.
There seems to be a bit of oddness in the flow of Tarot's logic as well. 'I'll tell you vaguely that there's this real bad thing about to happen, but I won't tell you specifically about it because I don't want you to worry about it.' Sounds a bit like something Gracie Allen would say.
When I went back to this update I noticed a dragon...thing on those hair...chopstick...things. And the girl Peanut was playing DDR with in the last strip had a dragon tattoo. Now I must look out for those details in the future...
