I just noticed, Peanut IS getting better at his doodles!

Hmm, do you think pets could ever become popular cartoonists in this comic's reality? If so, Peanut having his own comic within the comic would be kinda weird if you think about it...

Wate he already has a comic kind of.

A collie, shepherding a flock of sheep.
Barn cats, caring for and milking the cows.
Dalmations being the horse grooms.

Cool a farm. I could never sleep in a car, even as a an infant my parents tell me. My brother was like Peanut though, he'd prepare and get all this stuff ready, then he'd gp tp s;eep within ten minutes. I wa like Grape.

Hello, all! Seeing as I don't see an introduction thread (it could be that I'm blind, I dunno...) I'll just say hi here.

Also, I often do that now. I seem to forget while packing for the roadtrip that I always fall asleep about thirty minutes in, thus giving me too much to do when we finally get to our destination. Maybe it has to do with the hum of the car...

Welcome!

I think we all do/did that, and if you don't, shame on you . I remember one time i even ended up buying one Gameboy Advance game just for the trip, and of course i slept the entire time.

After careful consideration, I have determined that "Mr. Sandwich" is, in fact, Hank Scorpio.

That steering wheel is on the right hand side. This means one of two things. One, I have been misled this whole time and it doesn't take place in America. Or two, since the punchline is traditionally on the right hand side of the comic Rick took some liberties concerning auto mechanics so that it could fit the comic.

Ah... well it also could be that I didn't look around that much before joining. ^^; I'm lazy like that.

Referring to the comic, this brings up a question I have long pondered... Why do dogs stick their heads out of the window like that? It's always been amusing yet confusing for me. And I have also been in Grape's situation once. Landed right on my eye.

Dogs stick out their head to get some fresh air on their tongue and mouth, so to cool off faster. Also, it is something that gives them a lot of pleasure (at least by looking at their smiles! :D )

Peanut's sitting in Mr. Sandwich's lap. At least, that's what I'm assuming.

For one thing, where would Mrs. Sandwich be sitting if the steering wheel were on the right with Peanut in the front passenger seat and Grape (with the safety seat things) in the back? I think you guys are looking into this too much. *laughs*

As a matter of fact, I have. Isn't it great? :D I do it every time I can! But I thought dogs did it for a different reason, or something.

Regarding the comic; I love it when you can pretend to misunderstand someone and be a smart-aleck about it. It's so much fun!

i think grape fears not onlt for her but for peanut as well, they seem to have a sibling-type bond, and as much as he annoys her sometimes I think she'd be terribly lonely w/o his company.

Well, it's already been told she has had other owners in the vet story arc. I think she has abandonment issues. I know, it's ~such~ a bold and insightful statement. I'm not sure how I do it. Just call me Sherlock.

Well, I'd assume that Grape reacted as such, because:
1. She didn't want Peanut to see her crying, but he does anyway
2. He's absolutely oblivious to her current pain, and she would be angry about that (i.e. most people would stay quiet or ask what's wrong, Peanut, however...)

Looks like it took all but two seconds to go from tender Grape back to regular Grape. Ah, violence jokes!

XD I doubt it. Grape may hug Peanut, but I dont think it'll be anytime soon. The best Peanut can hope to get away with is a cold stare for a little while, I think. But I do agree, adorable!
