We could each do parts of it. Kind of like a translation project I guess (Written to Drawn).
I'm already writing the script for the storyboard.^^ (cutting, descriptions for each box, etc.)

That was a nice story.

It makes me want to do an illustration of it.

EDIT: I was waiting for Rick to color it.

I have a doubt: is it a tree covered with snow or a flowering tree in the picture?

edit: I just notice the snow at the foot of the tree. It is just a little too light on my computer screen.

So this is going to be a comic story? If so, how many parts do you think there will be?

YAY! Very nice job at that!
Translated too! Will put it in its thread as soon as you finish it.
What to put in 4th panel?
Well, I thought of Fox's house as seen from King, the access lane shoveled from snow.

PS - please post this nice stuff in the 'A bit of Fanart' thread. It's more appropriate

Look at some of the earlier strips for a general outline.
Then, again, you could draw a 'classic' front entrance, with a small porch, the steps that lead to it. Basing on Rick's artwork, you don't need to go into much details.

Panel 2 is based on the past week, when Fox was wearing his jacket.

I'd love to be part of that, if you guys think I'm good enough (Based on the comic I put in the fan art section)
Nice idea, and the first one looks great! Although like Valerio says, we should probably sort it out in the Fanart thread.

I posted that test strip here cause this is where the discussion about it was taking place.

Just now saw and read All the King's Men. Very much worth the wait. Nicely done Rick!

That answered a lot of questions about King. I now find myself feeling less sorry for him about some things, but more sorry for him with other things. Can't wait for part 2.

Rick's schedule is Rick's schedule. In addition to the comic, he has a real life and several other projects, including some rather time-consuming ones. Assuming there is an "All the King's Men, Part 2" in the works, it may well be weeks or months down the road. We'll all wait patiently, of course... Right?

Spot is so quoting Batman and Robin also.

on another note, it would be funny since Peanut/Spot doesn't remember how they captured him it wasn't orphanite, but rather they have a hostage. =3
