But I also don't understand how someone came up with Fahrenheit. I know it had something to do with starting at 0 but I have no idea what. 0 on the Fahrenheit scale was marked for the temperature at which water with a salty/icy mixture would freeze. 32 is freezing point and 212 (180 degrees down th...

Guys. Foxstar IS Big Bother. That awkward moment when you set your ringtone to something stupid funny, then forgot to change it back, then it breaks the dead silence in class when it rings at full volume. Funny and awkward. We had a guy in my class at uni who had a cow bellowing as his ringtone. It...

Black Friday now starts in the middle of Thursday here in the US. It seems to be a transition to the thanksgiving grocery shopping to the Christmas shopping time of year.

Nothing against Christmas, but it's consuming the month of November.

Inches are superior. Are you sure about that? 12 inch = 1 foot 3 foot = 1 yard 1,760 yard = 1 mile 63,360 inch = 1 mile WHO can really calculate with that? And who came up with that and WHY? :D The metric system is much easier... 10 millimeter = 1 centimeter 10 centimeter = 1 decimeter 10 decimeter...

Wormholes and traveling between universes is way out of our technological ballpark right now. The Voyager 2 just made it outside of the heliosphere so we have a long way to go. Okay. I kinda had it the other way around then. (I don't know why some people do things)
Though I don't consider myself much of a furry, fursuiting sounds really fun. I'd probably never buy one, but I'd definitely seize the opportunity if I could try one on.
