Re: My Little Pony
Yeah, but I always thought Sunset Shimmer to at least LOOK like a threatening villain, with that punky jacket and and aggressive color scheme.
Eh, wasn't planning on seeing this one to begin with anyway.

Huh. I consider that the worst Halloween movie and an absolute desecration of what made the films good in the first place. *shrug*
On the subject of Halloween, this October I'm planning on watching one horror movie a day. Anyone have suggestions?

Re: The Silver Screen
I think that's a perfectly good teaser trailer. It alerts audiences that a thing exists and gives a small taste of what it is. Better a trailer with too little than one with too much, right?

Re: The Silver Screen
So I saw the Guardians of the Galaxy tonight. The movie was wonderful, the theater was not. We went to the 9PM showing, and people were bringing their two year olds. During parts of the movies you could hear them screaming. But that's in the past, the movie was fun. Really fun, as in, I want to buy...

Pretty much. It's not a situation like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, where they have such an extensive history as Avengers members that they can be used. Galactus is as much for the Fantastic Four as, say, Doctor Doom.

I can't form a single coherent thought in response to this movie trailer. The fact that it exists, that it is a thing with no rhyme or reason, confounds me. I... I have been broken by this trailer.

I'd just like to point out that, while I hate the concept of remakes Rob zombie's Halloween was the equivalent of a really good cover song. I loved it. Saw the new Hercules movie a couple of days ago. A pretty solid piece of entertainment, overall. Good action, decent effects, a not-terrible story, and a great performance from Dwayne Johnson as Hercules. I'd recommend it.

Bonk! can be for more than simply distraction. You can use it to get a quick look at the lay of the area so that you know what to avoid next time, and relay that info to the rest of the team, or get behind enemy lines and harass them from there in a pincer attack. Another fun thing that's hard to do...

Anyone have any opinion on the new Payload map, Cactus Canyon? Seems a little easier for the defending team so far, from my limited experience. Needs more work.
The new game mode, Robot Destruction, also needs a lot of work. I couldn't find my way around the game map, lol. XD

Nothing is for everyone, so it's not like anyone isn't allowed to not like it, but its appeal comes from multiple places. For starters, it's cute, charming, well-written, and well-animated. It's just an overall well-done cartoon. It's also squeaky clean and full of innocent wonder, yet doesn't blat...

I take issue with Sombra. He barely was developed as a villain at all . He could have been replaced with an environmental evil rather than a person and the episode wouldn't have suffered one bit. I adore the new Godzilla movie. A wonderful callback in style and tone to the original film.
I'm amused by a lot of the professional reviews complaining about how long it takes for Godzilla to actually appear in the film. It took longer for the T-Rex to appear in Jurassic Park, lol.
