Re: current comic

Gawd I know that Grape and Peanut aren't brother and sister. I know they aren't. I mean heck they are a cat and dog. But I just can't shake the uncomfortable feeling that this FEELS like an incest plot-line. Seeing Grape kiss Peanut just really punched me in the stomach in an uncomfortable way. The...

Re: Your favourites

Mini-bump here, but am I the only one to say "Tiger?" I love him. I read a ton of Garfield when I was younger, and my favorite characters are the psychologically troubled ones. The idea of an unstable walking Garfield parody is just too awesome. I also really like Joey too. He's got a few ...

The cord is probably just over his left shoulder. Or, there's no reason why wireless headphones couldn't exist, if you want to be technical.

NOBODY WINS IN THIS SITUATION
I like to think we all win. It's not a cop-out or a shark jump this way.

New comic: absolutely adorable. I love it.

Think what Twilight fangirls do with their "team Edward/Jacob" stuff, only not necessarily that creepy. Not always, anyway.

Re: current comic

That would be Primape you're thinking of. Shall we take a page from the book of the Pokémon (cartoon) fandom and pair characters who have never met, would probably hate each other, and aren't even interested in the others' gender or species? I totally support Saspo.

Re: current comic

As much as I hate the next logical step, terms like "Brangelina" or "____shipping," I have to admit "grapenut" is pretty clever.

Re: current comic

I think the only paranoia you have to worry about Rick is from the fanbase that tries too hard to get you to ship stuff ;) Apparently J.K. Rowling got death threats because she sank their ships with the epilogue of book 7. So the moral of the story is: pair characters because the loud members of th...

Re: current comic

It must be really encouraging as a writer to see all this rampant speculation. Personally, I'm not expecting it to go anywhere besides Grape letting Peanut down as gently as she is capable of, and then they go into the whole "still friends" thing and all that jazz. It me go more robust tha...
