Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
Actually I just thought of a cool ending to this arc (IMO anyway and it most likely won't happen) the watch is caught by some other Dog that has just walked into the club and everyone is kind of shocked for a moment as he just walks away with the watch. It turns out that the dog was the person from...

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
As for the people ganging up on Fido, I would like to note that your anger at seeing him standing outside doing nothing is the desire to make him a more 2-dimensional character than he is. Rick has a very solid grasp on personality, and Fido is doing nothing out of character. He's just doing someth...

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
<reading the above comments> This is one reason I love this comic. Some comics I know (like Garfield, for instance) rely heavily on humor and have practically no story, only enough to support the humor. Other comics are very story-based with only a little humor here and there. Housepets! seems to fi...

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
I just want to say wow. The major topic of discussion for the last comic seemed to be Bino and people accusing/defending him. It seems very abrupt to me that now with the current comic we've suddenly switched to Fido. Everyone is shocked at him just doing nothing . As for my opinion on the matter, I...

It seems that last strip brought together those who don't like Bino while this one is bringing together those who don't like Fido.valerio wrote:Also, Fido is DOUBLE JERK for allowing poor Joey kicked VERY rudely out of the club.

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
well, now it's up in the air what direction the comic will take (pun intended) http://data.solirax.org/hp/48x48/wink.png Folks, I'd like to point out that FIDO WAS GETTING ALONG WITH THIS! Bino was being true to his nature, Fido was allowing it and just wiggle his fingers! sabrina should 'wish' for ...

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
this is hypothetical whether or not Bino would smash it if he knew what it really was. it's likely that he won't actually be able to smash it. THAT I could believe, that he might not be able to. Like the One Ring. http://data.solirax.org/hp/48x48/lol.png haha, this is a win. However, I don't think ...

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
so much discussion.... I bet Rick is totally enjoying this. http://data.solirax.org/hp/48x48/evil.png Bino isn't evil incarnate, though he would be if he knew he full consequences of his actions and yet was still acting the way he is now. I agree with Dissension how Bino is really just trying to kee...

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
just a thought: will this be the point at which King reveals his identity as Joel? He might need to in order to shock Bino into not breaking the watch. also, please let Fox find out about this. It boggles my mind how you might finish this in THREE updates, doubles or no, but I think you can, you've ...

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
firstly:
was anyone else unaware that Bino had two (hired?) thugs at his disposal?
secondly:
This is getting intense.
thidly:
where's fido? wasn't Bino hanging out with him just a few strips ago?
fourthly:
now, more than ever, I hate Bino.

you should try mediafire.comNickCrotser wrote: we need somewhere we can store the files and not have to worry about bandwidth... Anyone have any suggestions?
I've used it for a while for files like this that I need to share. you get up to 200 MB per file and there's no bandwidth restrictions.

great job!
I'm curious, how soon will we see this "great force", the "new enemy" Kitsune talks of that will threaten everything?

Re: Arc 42: Not All Dogs
Guys I know I said it could be possible since Pete said Sasha was "protected" (I still hope we find out exactly what this means) but this proves she's not, because she is willing to touch the watch which we know Dragon/Tarot can't without getting in trouble. So Kitsune would as well if Sa...

OR until he chooses NOT to be. He doesn't exactly have a lot to gain or go back to by being Joel. He just hasn't thought it out. that's kinda what I'm hoping will happen ;) Sabrina said something like "until you accept or reject your dog-ness your soul remains in limbo" which I think mean...

My opinion is until King is human his story will probably never be over (and maybe it won't be even then). Personally, though, I kinda hope that doesn't happen for a very long time. i like King.PhoenixAsper wrote:Don't be silly. WAY too much left undone in his story.

Also, trying not to doubt Rick's writing ability (he's proven me wrong SO many times), but I wonder how he intends for this to resolve anything major in King's storyline? There's only five updates left in the arc, after all, and a status quo ante type ending would be highly disappointing, as this h...

Re: Who's line is it anyway, Housepets version
I know this quote isn't entirely applicable (they are animals and not humans, but then again, this might be something King might slip up and say when he's angry) but it's what popped into my head. it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
