Re: French translation: the latest one-offs

Great work so far! I'm still laughing at "Mon humide salut"

And just a question, doesn't "par-ce que" require the hyphen in the middle?

Re: Character Dossiers

Another great dossier! Just one quip: 16) The ferrets ... named their new pet health and wellness fun after Bino - the "Boy Bino sure is an idiot trust fund". I shudder to think what kind of "fun" these ferrets can have in the "pet health and wellness" system, since it'...

3) The raccoons are used to looking for cat (and presumably dog) food. Actually, I thought the dialogue in that strip included Grape. Grape, being a cat, has rather good night vision, and turns on the light not to see the raccoons, but for them to see her. Here's how I imagined the last two pannels...

Re: Colored B&W versions

what? aren't walls normally red? No, they're not. There isn't really a "normal" color of walls, everybody paints they walls however they want. The most common wall colors I've seen are yellow and white, though. But don't edit the comic unless Rick says so, because the red walls are nice, ...

Re: Ye Olde English Translation

Okay, now I just had to do this. It's Prince Hamlet's first monologue in the play. Act 1 scene 2, Prince Hamlet has been left alone after being told for several pages to stop worrying about his father's death, and is obviously upset by it. I know, I could've done better. If I didn't have other thing...

Re: Character Dossiers

Wow! Thoth, that was quite a lengthy reply. The connection was that, when I hear someone is politically incorrect I take it to mean they say politically incorrect things to people, which, in turn, usually means they insult people (with no statement as to why). No objections as to your other replies....

Re: Spanish translation

Oh, you could continue these translations if you know Spanish, since Lopiko got tired of us. He doesn't visit the forum anymore. Aww, that's too bad. Though, to be fair, everyone else kept trying to push for some other language, which I'm guessing resulted in the creation of the Translation Project...

Rex belongs to Mr Bera Ising, while Jasper belongs to his somewhat overweight and politically-incorrect wife Anna (maiden name Tshoe). Did you just make up the name "Ising"? Or is it supposed to be a reference to something in Housepets or something like the several owners of Tom & Jer...

Hello! I've been posting in the comments section so long, you probably know who I am. I used to be called "the guy with the black avatar" until I managed to put some light into it. And now that I have an avatar that has something other than darkness, I've come here.

Re: Character Dossiers

the few other apparent toys in view are for physical games - a bat and a ball. I'm unsure as to what the green thing is, but the room is otherwise rather barren except for a wooden chest. I always assumed the green thing was a sleeping bag, but didn't say anything at the time because I couldn't fig...
