You can do that or read some lines from the character you want to play. You have to PM Teh Brawler with the audition, though. otherwise your audition will go unheard.

perhaps the future is not completely set in stone. Grape was the best choice for Peanut, but as soon as Grape chose Max, Tarot, being the next best thing, became the best choice until Grape decides to choose Peanut over Max.

I think it's that Peanut and Tarot are meant to be together, and Dragon revealed this to her. He needed her at that specific point in time to help him move beyond Grape, so that's when she chose to reveal herself to him.

I don't know. I'm watching TV pretty much at all times when I'm home, but this would still freak me out a little. Maybe it's all the TV, books, and video games mixed together.
