This discussion of pregnancy and giving birth makes me wonder how Hawle will be when Elena eventually in a few years gets pregnant. I would much like to act out that labor scene as I imagine instead of screaming expletives towards him Elena would probably beg him to make the pain stop.

Fascinating piece of information about Caltaya saving his money and not spending it all the first chance that he gets. I would like to think Elena also does the same thing and has enough saved up to live comfortably.

If he became another breed of dog I am pretty sure that his growth into becoming happy as a dog would end up being the same and the only thing that would have been different is the breed of dog he would end up being.
