Re: Favorite _____ Game

There are far too many that I like, but the top spot has to go to something called Au Gratin. Which considering the company that makes it (which isn't exactly Canadian but seems to be much more popular here), and the obvious frenchness of the name, is probably not something you can easily get outsid...

In a terrible twist of fate your rocket crashes into Trekkie's sky castle, which is also evil and full of horrible monsters now? Weird. You survived, but now you have to run and hide from all the horrible monsters while you try to find a way back to the ground. Oh and also, all the official press re...

I imagine you'd want a lawyer to go over them very carefully and look for any reason they might not, or any loopholes greedy relatives could exploit.
But I remember hearing somewhere that they generally do stand.

A sweet kick flip, you say? Okay. Try it. It will still go wrong, horribly, horribly wrong, but if you start to bleed from your many injuries you might notice the blood tastes like sugar.

Re: Tennessee man leaves $5 million to dog in his will: 'She’s a good girl'

I do wonder... if you've got a large estate and an especially greedy or combative family, maybe pulling something like this as a way to say "no, none of you will get it" is the best thing you could do. Even if it probably won't cause them to re-evaluate their relationships to each other, a...

A little different at least for being an instrumental, and not something anybody else here is likely to have heard or heard of, but this is one I've listened to a couple times already this morning. It's just got this wonderful haunting, lonely atmosphere, and it goes on long enough to let it really ...

I read lots, so it'll be hard to narrow down... I would like to see how that would turn out. My brother once made an entire soundtrack for a game that was never finished. I think it was a total of 15 tracks or something. Yeah I've done that a couple times as well. A lot of indie game projects don't make it out of development, but it's still a ne...

Yeah that was pretty much my experience with it too. And once it got into the bigger story -- well, these writers knew how to keep the suspense and momentum going.

Rare to find a fic of this style that puts the story so thoroughly first.

There's only the two Preys -- and about the only thing they share with each other is the name. That being said I think they're both really good games. Real instruments for what? Classical and metal? They do sound the best that way but there are some VSTi's that are getting better and better on that front. They're just so expensive though. NHWeston said it better than I ever could. What I can add is that, while sometimes opportunity knocks, other times it feels like it slams the door in your face.
