The first time around you should fight him using Bailey, Tarot, and Sabrina, who've been partially restored by GK, but it's not enough. Just to hammer home how screwed the regular party (peanut & friends) is, if the ones that have powers can't stop him.

And here I thought he meant the whole, 'final boss has three forms you fight in order' thing. (see: Sequential Boss ) It's similar. Perhaps 2 forms, the way Kitsune has a biped and quadruped form. Maybe the 3rd stage would be the 2nd form, since Pete, Dragon, Kitsune, and Cerberus would be involved...
