It is worthwhile to point out that different tests will give different results. We get salsa and chips with good Tex-Mex up here in the northern reaches of the US. I haven't found any true Mexican restaurants around here like I've seen in AZ, but they must exist. Big metropolitan areas tend to have every cuisine known to man, and some not.

I do enjoy a ride on a nice day. Biking is such a great way to get exercise and go places. I once delivered tickets for a play by bike as an excuse to ride.
