Re: Joys And Sorrows
Joy: Last night, I found an old flash RPG I used to play all the time (Arkandian Crusade), and that there are TWO sequels. Sorrow: I woke up this morning with corneal abrasions in both eyes (left worse than right, but right is pretty insignificant). Good thing I still have medicine left over from wh...

Re: What Are You Doing Today?
Took the time to clear off some old games I haven't played in a while and some old programs that I never used, and cleared around 400GB of space from my HDD. Now I got plenty of space ti reinstall ESO if I decide to get back into it.

Re: What Are You Doing Today?
Bought Animal Crossing: New Horizons, so I guess I'll be playing my first AC game. One of the options for my island had a smaller island in the middle of it, so I chose that so I could put my house there. Only to realize that I can't get across the rivers without a bridge and I'm quarantined to 30% ...

Guys, I appreciate the offers, but I'll live. Life goes on. Sorry to hear that, Cnid. Perhaps in the Fall.....? Study Abroads are only in the Maymester at my university, which means there wouldn't be another until next May, whereas I'm either graduating December (if I can fit the make-up classes in)...

Well, my study abroad was just officially cancelled. They wanted to postpone it until August, but university wouldn't let them. So this means: No, I won't get to meet up with my friend in Warsaw, whom I was very much looking forward to meeting; No, I won't get to take this once-in-a-lifetime opportu...

What is a corneal abrasion like? I know it mustn't be good but I wanna know from someone that had one. Basically, my eye (in this case, my right) gets a bit too dry at night for whatever reason, and sticks to the back of my eyelid after I fall asleep. When I hit REM sleep , the sage of sleep when y...

Re: Joys And Sorrows
I'm seeing all these big events that aren't supposed to take place for months out (namely, E3 in mid June), and I'm getting concerned that my study abroad, currently scheduled for mid-May to Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, is going to get cancelled. Which would suck on numerous levels: 1. I...

I stand corrected! Still, the universe the Destroyermen came from is clearly not ours. This is true. I've talked with Anderson before (and ate dinner with him, to brag a bit ;) ) and from what I recall, I don't believe any character or element in the Destroyermen universe came from my own timeline....

Been a bit since I've been active on the forums. Ethernet went out in my dorm around the time I was last active, leading to me re-downloading Skyrim and modding it to high Heaven, so that's been sucking up all my free time. Looking forward to Spring Break, which lines up nicely with the last week of...

I will never not sing the praises of Taylor Anderson's Destroyermen Series . Even after all these years, King seems naked without his collar. XD Ya know, I had been thinking there was something a bit off about King the last few pages, and that's what was bugging me. His neck just seems awkwardly long and skinny without it. Also, I'm not sure if there's really something to t...

Ya know, being someone who uses an ethernet cable, it's really easy to forget how bad my school's wifi is. Re: 2020/02/19 - Simple Question
While I’m sure Sasha’s less-than-stellar upbringing is at least partially to blame for this fiasco, one thing to keep in mind is that... Well... Sasha is a dog. And King has had plenty of discussions with Duchess and even his own wife that dogs simply view romance differently from humans. Sure, Sas...

I'd say that's a bit close to King's initial situation, minus direct interference from a cosmic entity; i.e, "Human who dislikes/treats pets poorly gets turned into one."dr_eirik wrote:Versions of this have been posted, but Hartford is out looking for Sasha when he encounters a certain badger...
