How do you people stay up til 3-4 AM and still function the next day? I pass out at various times depending on how much sleep i got the previous night. All my AIM friends will tell you that! Last night, it was 12:10 AM!

But in hindsight, it is a good thing I can stay up so late. In media art application, the jobs often have strict deadlines and have people staying up through the night all the time. Most studios have a lounge area that acts as a bedding area because they only get two to four hours of sleep a day......

I try my best to keep a good, consistent sleep schedule. Sometimes it's hard, but I try my best to get eight hours of sleep a day. I try to go to bed between midnight and 2:00 AM and wake up between 8:00 and 10:00, though I often end up staying a bit later. Non-Americans who I talk to like Ebly see...
