Again, thanks for your support everyone. *group hug* We've visited my wife's family this weekend and the emotions are starting to settle now. It's gone from sadness to actually being able to focus on the good and fun memories. One day at a time, right? The memorial service is next week. Good for eve...

I has a sad...
Just found out that my wife's grandfather passed away last night. Needless to say, we've both been in a really bum mood here. I only met him a couple of times, but he meant the world to my girl. Still, life must go on. Just felt the need to get it off my chest. Thanks for listening (i.e. reading).

Re: What's Your Country Like?
I live in the southern part of Sweden, a quite nice place I must say. We do have, I think, some of the highest taxes in the world, but in exchange health care, education and all of that is essentially free. The nature is great here too. Lots of trees, fields and lakes. We're also quite a small numbe...

Another one came to mind. The other day I was extremely tired, both physically and mentally (getting up at 4 AM and writing 3 theses at the same time will do that to you). I was just sitting in the living room and staring blankly in front of me, thinking something along the line of "I'm so exha...

Last week I was at the supermarket, stopping by on my way home from work to get some fruit or something (I was seriously hungry and I have a 40 minute commute by train between work and home).
