Yo, read Beastars or watch the anime. It's great! (But watch the age classification, it deals with some heavier subjects.)

That Sonic movie looks pretty lousy, it looks like they are trying to emphasize their rivalry with Nintendo, which seems odd for a movie. Maybe it’ll end up being good, but the first look is rather disconcerting, we’ll see, I guess. Well... that turned out to be an utter fiasco https://i.imgur.com/...

Lol, I remember when you shopped the original story around sites like Clarkesworld and co. It's good to see self-publishing has evolved to the point you can monetize it without go-betweens.

Good quality, and failure to be true to the source material are not mutually exclusive. I maintain that the first Silent Hill movie holds up as Good Video Game Movie. Yeah yeah, changes to the plot and lore, I know, but that's what adapting something for cinema means. And anyway, Silent Hill is the poster child for Confusing Story, some straightening out was to be expected and benefitt...

Without going through their archives, I think only minor ones while the prepared future chapters. Things slowed down a bit when they did an arc with a guest artist or when they worked on Guild Wars and Armello, but they continue to update regularly.

I remember it being full of NYC culture and entertainment industry in-jokes that would fly over the heads of its nominal demographic.

That was one of the chief complaints about it, the weird bits of adult animation humor in a kid's movie.
