Housepets!

Rick mentions in his anouncement that this edition will likely be the last time he publishes the strips in this book form - might do something else, but doesn't say what.

So, get'em quick - make great stocking stuffers (if yah roll `em up and the stocking's long enough).

You would have thought one of the mods would have made an announcement and sticky it to the top of the forums. I guess they were all a bit too busy.

My copy arrived yesterday. First-rate work as always. And, as an added bonus, it came with my annual 401K pension check.

Always good when your book arrives with money from your retirement account to supplement your income. You get two presents in one day!

I also got my copy yesterday.

Lotsa neat drawings in the back of the book. The picture of a disgruntled and thoroughly thrashed Eudoant getting patched up in the Infernal infirmary is seriously funny.

That might actually spur me to get the book just to see that. I won't ask for it for Christmas but maybe I will buy it myself.

It's a really professional piece of work - a lot of care went into the editing and panel structure. Sad we shan't see its like again.

I imagine that there was a lot of hard work on Rick's part to get it put together. Most likely why he isn't doing these anymore because its too much for him.

I think he said there would be more books in the future, but they won't be yearly collections like this anymore.

True, Harry. I simply surmmized that there would no longer be a Housepets! annual. Add one more "we'll see" to the collection, I guess.
