At least he did not try and steal from a dog catcher or an animal patrol officer, Bino would be in an even worse situation.

I just realized that Bino is holding the top end of the sucker. There would've been some fur on it. :3

He also has the lollipop on his fur now so he sorta did win I guess.

Amazing how different Bino looks without his collar. He looks more masculine without it, must have been why a censor bar was needed in the past, people weren't used to how masculine Bino could look yet.

Well now that we are all used to how masculine he can look, bring on MUSCULAR BINO!
