Chopped and fried Chorizo is the best thing you can put on any dish.

I went to a real Mexican restaurant and that was used it in most of the food. It was so good.

I love spicy foods. I want to try curry and other spicy ethnic dishes as well. Hopefully when I leave for the huge metropolitan area where my college is at, there will be new restaurants for me to try.

I don't like holidays that include loud explosions.
And yesterday they were doing some blasting at a quarry not to far from here.

Happy New Year from the west coast. I watched the Space Needle explode on tv just like every year (they still haven't been able to successfully launch it into space).

If just one thing goes the way I want it to this month, this year will be the best in my life. If nothing else goes right this year, it will still be the best. That's how important that things happening this month are to me.

Agree with this 8-)

Well, it's almost 1 p.m. here. Hope everybody have fun at New Year Eve ;)

The only change I can already see in compare to last year is that on paper I'm one year older, but mentally, I feel 10 years older XD

I don't know, 2012 was pretty good to me.

2013 so far, meh. I saw a pair of Hello Kitty ear buds in Walmart when I went with my friend today. I wanted to get them just to mess with the kids in the drumline, but I wasn't about to spend $10 for them when I was only going to wear them once. *Sigh*

Man, if that was our drumline, they'd make those their normal pair of headphones, not just a "one time" thing. They're just those guys that do what they want (within reason), no matter how weird it might be, and no one else in the band says anything because that's just drumline.

That's one third of my monthly allowence.
No reason to buy em and no reason to sigh. Wait, walmart's open today? And what's the big deal about drumline, Are they some kind of Blunt of the band?

I remember when I had an allowance.
And then I got a car.

There are no words to describe the epicness of drumline. They are the band's core, the heartbeat of the marching show, everything. You know how, especially in today's pop culture, everyone wants a heavy beat they can follow? Well, that's drumline. They set the beat, or the pattern, to the show. People enjoy music because of its alignment to their cardiovascular rhythm, and drumline is what makes that happen. And with a responsibility like that, drumline requires a huge amount of dedication.

That, my friend, is drumline.

Jeff, do you have any input, or did I sum it up?

No, you got it pretty spot on.
Beagle wrote:Man, if that was our drumline, they'd make those their normal pair of headphones, not just a "one time" thing.
Well, the thing is that I could take wearing them in the band room because everything like that is just one big joke. But I wouldn't make a regular thing out of it because it would grow old pretty fast as a joke, and when I move to the other side of the building for some of my other classes (The technical skills side. You know, the hallway with the carpentry, electrical, welding, and pluming classes), there are already too many kids I want to hit upside the head with a 2X4 every time I see or hear them. The added "Hey [JeffCvt], where are your Hello Kitty headphones!?" every time they see me listening to my ipod might just push me to doing so.

Oh man, the yo mama joke/retort (to those kids) I want to make right now would probably get me a Mod warning.

Woah, you guys, that awkward moment when you read through conversations from three years ago, and your face is all

I don't like all the way bass/lowtone EQ's. Even though I'm a bass guitar player and Cellist, I can't understand why would someone just listen to bass part of the music but not the music itself.

Woah, you guys, that awkward and uber embarrassing moment when you read through conversations from half a dozen months ago, and your face is all
