I can accept these guys on a condition: they really must be fleshed out during the play. For example: Tom's job for the UN is definitely vague. There are departments/agencies at UN, so we need something more specifical.
Abilities/skills are needed as well in these CS: What they can do? Basically, what motivates them?

You are free to choose your own character. Just tell me what you have in mind and I will be happy to explain you said character's privileges and limitations.^^

I actually felt like creating a guest character at first, but then almost all the active characters are either guests or special guests. So, I kinda wanted to balance things up a bit, and create either a staff or a native character. I'm rereading from 10 pages back at the moment to get a gist of the current arc and who everyone is, I'll tell you guys when I'm done :3
