It's a move in Final Fantasy where you get hit by a fire spell known as Mustard Bomb and your HP starts to drain drastically fast. There were other moves too that did it, but the name "Mustard Bomb" just rings a bell so easily since it's something nearly all the bomb type monsters (Balloon, Bomb, Grenade, etc.) use in Final Fantasy. In the old SNES final Fantasy days, there was no way to know you had this except seeing your HP tick down, which would make people panic because your characters were losing health but didn't know what the cause of it was. Similar to Poison, but at least you could see the damage and cure it.

Knowing Peanut, I bet he would freak out if he got hit by a Mustard Bomb. =3

Is the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sandwich or Maxwell's owner and his unseen wife/fiancee?

Doesn't look like Jeff is married, and I doubt his parent's nephews are that young, so I would guess he's at the Sandwich household. Also, unless the nephews brought them with him while visiting, I can't see Legos being at a household like Max and Bino's.

At Sandwich household. Grape is the one giving him warning. This situation occurred shortly after Max and Grape's talk about their relationship in Gallifrax Arc. Guess the bearded author made this drawing to entertain the public with a quick dose of cute-comedic situation.

Lego brings back memories! The pain when accidentally stepping on some peace can never be forgotten or mistaken with anything else.
