with others like Max and noble Fido.

and I have to choose either Jata or
my Fido. Oh boy.

Our love has been a kept secret -
I seem to have a talent for those -
but now what happens I will regret..
The fault, it seems, is mine.

Or maybe that expression was meant because she already have a boyfriend and the sudden reveal seems to be an awkward situation for her (seems he came too late).
Actually I always wanted to know if she wants the secrecy of their relationship because she has proved to be not worried at all about that matter ever since her first appearence in the comic (come on, she even tease him in public).

Noooooo... this is gonna end sadly like the last arc... ( I've only seen Jata in three strips and I already never want to see him sad ).

This arc is going to be awesome

Ohhh...this isn't good. Don't think Fido's going to be too happy with either result in this scenario.

Conflict. Every story worth telling puts the characters in some kind of stressful situation, whether it be a love triangle, fighting their inner demons, or battling against the forces of a malevolent deity in the form of a Griffin.

I was thinking along these lines given the arc title "Jungle Fever" with its meaning of interracial relations (and HP! Equivalent interspecies relations) that the story might concern Sabrina/Fido, But didn't want to say anything given the potentianal sensitivity of the subject.

According to the comic that should have happened around a month ago. Assuming Tarot meant exactly three years from that time. And assuming Rick was serious about that happening. And assuming your statement was serious too.

Well yeah, but it's not just something for comics; it's pretty much an element that makes every form of storytelling great. Books, comics, shows, movies, etc. Conflict is in important factor in all those things.

A prince is the ruler of a princedom or principality (from latin princeps, the 'first' or leader of the senate). The "prince is the son of a king" thing came about after they accumulated so many titles in the person of the king or emperor they started delegating them out to members of the family.

So Charles is technically "Prince Charles" because he's the titular head of the formerly independent country of Wales. Which happens to be inherited by the heir to the throne of England.

I don't know whether the other princes and princesses actually have little conquered slabs of dirt associated with their titles, or whether they've given up on that, but there's plenty of princes that don't become kings, though they may be counts, dukes, earls, barons, baronets, or whatever on the way to the princedom.

Trivia: "Count" Dracula was actually Prince Vlad Tepes of Wallachia. "Dracula" was a title, it meant "dragon", and was derived from his grandfather's membership in a secret order of knights. The "count" bit was an invention of Stoker.

I apparently need to get more sleep. At first I didn't realize why Sabrina had that expression in the last panel, until reading here reminded me of her relationship with Fido.

Though, apparently I'm not the only one not really awake, since Rick forgot the "Tarot" tag (even if he remembered the "K-9 Unit" one for a character whose only presence is a speech bubble).
