Housepets!

So that is what grass looks like! Its been so long I forgot about the color!

And here's going home again:

A few days ago we had some pretty dense fog; the next morning I took a couple of pictures of some remaining fog in our back woods.

That looks so spooky and eery! Wonderful job!

I really like that first one, Doug! The light reflecting on the fog between the trees really gives it contrast.

About 3-4 weeks ago we had very cold morning temps when a high pressure system moved over the area. It was strange that there were low clouds that morning with such conditions. It turns out that the clouds weren't clouds, but steam from a factory.
Nearly froze my paws off taking this one.

Now here's the opposite. This is Schloss Neuchwanstein (Neuschwanstein Castle) in Bavaria, Germany. I took these shots back in 2013.




And, just for the fun of it, two rather ill gargoyles atop the Basillica Sacre Coeur in Paris, France, taken on the same trip.

Those statues look like they're vomiting.

Wow... Those gargoyles made me laugh. Keep up the good photography (and art in general), everyone!

I do also hope that those gargoyles get checked out for whatever they had that made them get sick.

If anyone is wondering why that castle looks familiar it's because it's one of the ones that inspired the Disney Castle and other castles that appear in Disney movies, like that of Sleeping Beauty.

Though, to be true, it's been a while since I actually went out to properly take picturs of anything... So here, a couple "postcard" shots from walking around the city, heh.

I really do like the second picture and how its all lit up. Looks really pretty!
