The last thing I ate was just a sandwich and some spring rolls. But yesterday, I made something AWESOME!

It was essentially cannelloni made with flour tortillas. The filling was spinach, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, an egg, italian seasoning and garlic salt. Wrap that in tortillas, then smother them in alfredo sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. If I can remember, I'll share the recipe later

Made a customized sauce adding sweet chilli sauce and Italian herbs to the store brought past sauce I had. Unfortunately I didn't have any salsa which it what I prefer to use

Oh my gosh I think I just found the perfect prank pizza call that I would still eat if it was accepted.

The last thing I ate was some Doritos and Coke.

Incidentally, an alarming percentage of people's kilojoule intake comes from soft drink (something like 20%, I can't quite remember).
