Granted. The volcano DOESN'T erupt, but seeing this natural wonder, tourists from all around the world flock to your house. They all end up falling into the moat and their family members end up suing you.

Granted, You get a polar vortex (like the one that hit the mostly central area of the US back in February that froze trees solid and power lines had icicles hanging from them.)
