It's always been an extremely slow process. So... technically? Though, yeah, the website being down is a bit lousy.
We've always held an fairly open policy on parts, but without a central command (again), we may need to do a sort of half-reboot thing (again). >_>

We should really do a head count if we're going to get a clear picture of who's still around, I suppose.

Apparently it isn't going to be going anywhere unless someone else picks up the reigns. And I for one was pretty excited about it...

Though my talents lie in voice-acting, and occasionally script-writing. So there isn't anyway I'll be doing this. But I really hope someone will. It's a great idea, and it's definitely worth the work.

If there is anyone out there up for it still even if it is kinda dead, I could provide a little push to help it get started again, but that's about it xD

Alright guys, great news. I've talked to mrfalloutdropout, and him and I are going to work together to get the Radio Show started again! So as of now, the Radio Show is officially back! Right now, we're just seeing if people are still interested in this. We'll have to start from scratch, but hopefully things work out well!

Yeah guys...soo I wasn't dead just getting certified in Radiologic Technology. But now that I passed my National Boards, I can help with this again. CreativePr0cess more or less shook me awake with his desire to bring this back. I hope you guys aren't too sore with me about letting the site go down...I extended the time on it once...but nothing happened. I can rebuild the site, but I wanted to see if anyone was still interested before I buckled down for a while and built it up...I still have all the sound files and audio from our released episodes of the show, but I don't have any of the lists or posts or anything like that...I can't get the site back I don't think... So we don't have to restart per se...but we will have to gather up everyone AGAIN...but with some determination hopefully we can continue on with the radioshow.

I'm still in, and I just bought a better quality mic.

Truth be told, I was kind of hoping this wouldn't revive. I've always worried something like this would destroy certain people's opinions on the voices of the different characters. But that doesn't I won't support it. I'm interested in this in the sense that I wanna see it completed, but sorry, I can't contribute, I don't have a mic.

You were the two I personally wanted back majorly. Hopefully we can still get some of the others, but I get the feeling there is going to be alot of recasting going on...

I could do Bruce and Roosevelt. My Australian accent is pretty authentic sounding, if I do say so myself.
I can't guarantee the quality of my microphone though. I'd be using the one that's built into my laptop.

If it's to bad it won't work, but as long as you try to remove as much background noise as possible, it could work. The editors can try to eliminate any unnecessary sounds that still get picked up.

Many people will probably ask how they can share their files...I personally am a brain-washed google fan so I can say google drive is always a good choice, but if you want more ideas then you can always try a free file-sharing service that you can hyperlink. I wouldn't start the uploading just yet. Let me get the radioshow forums up and running; then we can post them there.

So is it jsut reading out the comic strips or will there be more to it than that? *scrolls up to read through the other posts in this thread*

We aren't accepting auditions at the moment. I suggest you prepare for them, read lines from the comic that the character says and find lines you like, but otherwise, the details for auditioning aren't going to be released until a later date.

And we do scripts for the arcs which includes a lot of what is written in the comic as well as some transitions between strips and extra stuff to help the audience when there was a visual gag in the comic.

OK. Sounds fun. I'll keep my eyes open for more news then.

I've found that Tindeck works for sharing files for voice acting.

well I guess this means I'll be busy while I wait to hear back on a job haha. I'll do some more work on the site and get some structure to it...I've got the layout finished (a lot like the old one) but the hard part is putting everything back. Let me get all the categories and forums active...then I'll open the floodgates. Until then...SPREAD THE WORD GUYS!

I switched computers recently, so I lost a lot of my stock sound files. But I should be able to manage. Do we still have those scripts that loomCAT wrote last time? I remember he worked pretty far ahead.

I'm pretty sure I still have everything up to that point...
